Every Offshore Co. watch carries a two-year warranty against defects in the movement and in manufacturing, running from the delivery date. We repair or replace the piece at our discretion.
Normal wear, scratches to the case, crystal, or bezel, strap wear, damage from accident or misuse, and any work carried out by a third-party watchmaker. Water resistance is tested at assembly and is not covered against loss over time; gaskets age and need periodic service.
Out-of-warranty service is available at cost. An automatic movement benefits from a service every four to five years, sooner if the watch sees regular salt water.
