Return any unworn watch or unworn apparel within thirty days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
Pieces must come back unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation. Watches showing wear on the case, crystal, or strap cannot be refunded, though we will always look at them case by case.
Artist Series pieces follow the same thirty-day window. Once returned, the piece goes back on the site as available.
We handle exchanges as a return and a new order. That way the piece you want is held for you rather than waiting on the inbound parcel.
Email crew@offshorecowatches.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label for domestic returns. Refunds post within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
